My niece and her new pony, and his brother our "spare" pony :)

    I found a wonderful ad from great people, emailed them and got a call, went yesterday and picked them up, stopped at her house and she got on her pony, Prince.

    (yes I know she is wearing crocks, but it was just for the photo op- won't happen again!! LOL)

    Then home to the farm where they could stretch, eat and drink. And meet my girls.

    Beautiful -- what a fortunate niece to have such a super aunt to bring her ponies! Great pics. ...and it's so nice and green there!

    Quote:No worries there, A- they are a little needing of a tiny bit of meat on their bones, and B- there was a mare in there the day before eating ALOT of the grass down, and C- it may look full and lush, but ISN'T, its a sandy/loamy arena/round pen with lots of open areas.
    They are getting a half a flake of hay each day/night with the grass right now.
