Until my Dad showed me a package of deer meat that needed to be cooked up. So I used some of it to make beef stroganoff. Then I took the rest and tossed it in a freezer bag with terriyaki marinade, natural seasoning, monterey steak seasoning and seasoned salt. Soaked for 24 hours. Put in a pan lined with tin foil and lightly coated in olive oil and broiled on Low for 20 minutes. Ever had the beef terriyaki from a Chinese resuraunt? Yeah... So tender and juicy and delicious. Boy, were my parents surprised!!!
