    PHEASANT!!!


    I can't tell the difference between pheasant and chicken... but I grew up with free range birds.

    Pheasant has more of "wild" taste.

    I just breasted them, hope to release a few more and have some pheasant on Christmas. Give me a good recipe [​IMG] [​IMG]
