My Pink Polkadot Silkie

    Splash silkie pullet. She was filthy so I gave her a bath then caught sight of the koolaid and neon food coloring by the sink....

    I'm working on clicker training my chickens to respond to different colors, so I kinda figured so. Just means my other chickens will notice her more. Luckily pink isnt a color I'm training them to rspond to LOL

    They will notice it, though. I koolaid-dyed a hen pink and BOY did they react. And I wasn't clicker training them!

    Her roo was the only one who seemed surprised. He came running when I put her back in and kinda came to a screeching halt. After just staring for a bit he seemed over the initial shock and came over to escort her back to the box. The others didn't react at all. She's my second oldest female and mommys everyone.

    Hahaha love the pics! Will have to show my daughter (she is 5 and LOVES pink!).

    She'll be on at me to get a pink chicken then though.

    That's a very cute chicken. Is it still pink now or did you wash it again [​IMG]

    She's still a little pink. Kool aid fades pretty fast.
