Hello Good day,
I found my rooster in a corner just sitting down weak and making weird sounds?
He's been in a fight with a rooster but I had separated them. Sometime early in the morning they probably fought again.
My brother said he was fighting 2 roosters this time (the same one he fought before). Now he's just moving his slowly, has a mouth open and sometimes opening it wider with his head going forward too?
Is he going to recover from this?
What can I do to help?

Isolate him where the other roosters can't see him.
Likely he got kicked pretty good if he was fighting with 2 roosters. Possibly aspirated a bit of water or blood.
Without stressing him too much, look and see if he has any debris stuck inside his beak or throat - looks like he's got dirt around his head/beak.

Fighting can be very exhausting for them. I would provide him with some sugar water to drink.
Keep him in a quiet place.

Once he's drinking, then offer him a bit of food.

Sounds like you are going to need to make some decisions about 3 roosters. What are your goals? Do you need 3 roosters? Separate pens may be in order to keep them from fighting.
(No judgement on my part for you having 3 roosters, I do too - I just house them separately:))
