my rooster is sick not eating and pooping green waterly

    Guys I have a rooster from last day I notice that he not eating but he pooping green waterly when I go to catch him he get scare and set down today morning when I catch him he make a sound when they get scar and he is not walking like he walked normaly he is walking like he drunk I am never scared after all this plz help me I love my rooster very much :(

    I am in Pakistan not really hot in morning it about 28 % 30 and in night it's about 20%
