my salmon favorelles are confused (me too!) help!

Ok, I know it is supposed to be easy to sex SF's by their color: light color, girl, dark, boy. However, mine (hatchery quality) seem to be confused on this! The white one I swear looks like a rooster, and the darker, more colorful one looks more henish. Could you guys please tell me what you think? If you need better pictures please let me know.

The lighter/darker wing color works with the Salmon Faverolles, not the white ones. Those are males of two different color varieties.

I thought for sure if I picked one with light wings I couldn't go wrong.
Looks like I will be getting rid of *all* of my big chickens

You can't sex the Salmon Favs till they are about 2-3 weeks old. The wing tips come in brown on the pullets and black on the cockerels.

I did get this one at 2-3 weeks, which is why I thought the light colored wings meant it was a girl. . .Nobody told me about white favorelles <pout>.
