    This is my set-up started last year and keeps growing

    This is the 2 coops and small run [​IMG]
    This is the coops/runs from half way back in my yard

    Rabbit cage outside the large run [​IMG]
    Turkey run behind the large coop between the two chicken runs. we are working on this and thinking that we will have to do something bigger soon [​IMG]
    Smaller turkey run beside the rabbit cage [​IMG]
    And this is the temp set-up for the mother hen that had 5 babies about a month ago [​IMG]
    All free range every day with the three dog except the five babies and two new turkeys.
    Lets not forget the pool[​IMG]

    Wish I could set up something like that. We have high winds so I'm limited. I'd love to have a turkey but I don't think DH would go along with building another "fort knox" for a turkey [​IMG]

    I wish my dogs would learn to share the yard. My chickens are only 5 weeks old so they are totally new. But I am putting them outside during the day in a chicken tractor and I don't even trust my dogs out with them. The chicken tractor was free and made out of poultry wire, not hardware cloth, so I have a feeling my two Aussies would be through in no time flat! Maybe someday, I can dream......

    my babies have all ways been kept in a pen away from dogs and big chickens until they are fully grown. never would I trust my dogs around lose babies

    OH LORDY! IS THIS WHAT CHICKEN FEVER DOES TO YOU? I am in sooooo much trouble. I love your large set up. Your lucky to have so much room and lots of shade trees. I'm still working on my first coop and I have already bought more things to convert into coops......Oh Lordy Lordy! Why is it we just can't stop ourselves?
