They seem smaller than before I do hope so. We're cleaning her and everything round her every day. How do we know when it is safe to return her back to her flock xx

I've noticed she has a yellow spot inside her mouth where the scab is on the outside. 1 spot fell off today but there's a root only tiny. I'm cleaning her and her room loads. Please say it's not getting worse

Did you see any of the yellow plaque further back in her throat, the roof of her mouth, etc.?
The eye looks like it has pus in it? How have you been cleaning the eyes? Have you put any ointment in them?
    Mucous in the nostrils too?

I would not put her back with the flock at this time.

No the spot that's yellow is the only thing in her mouth. Nothing else. She's having her eyes wiped with a baby bath shampoo and oioden watered down for he mouth and head xx

Flush the eye with saline a few times a day, press out and remove any pus, then apply an eye ointment like Terramycin or you can use plain neosporin.

I would not use baby shampoo.
