My silkie isn't drinking

My silkie has his own personal water bowl and its full to the top. after a day of me putting it there it's still completely full. I'm worried. She's eating like a pro but won't touch the water, what should I do?! Oh she's only a month old if that helps.

Try dipping her beak in it. See if that gets her drinking.
