My Silkie wouldn't walk

Hi. My 7 month silkie got injured. I think my younger son must have picked him and dropped him accidentally. She can put some weight on her leg but really cant move it., she seems to be in distress, because she is breathing with an open beak. She would eat and drink some though. It looks like there is a click all the way up in her left hip joint. Nothing else looks obvious. Can a thigh get dislocated?
Any thoughts? Any experience?

A hip can get dislocated or a pelvis or leg bone can get broken.

There are little support frames you can make to help her heal while immobilised.

For now, I'd give her half a baby aspirin for the pain, keep her warm and comfortable and feed electrolyte water for the shock.
