Here are some photos of my handsome Speckled Hen Boys! I took these alittle while ago, and forgot to post them. I just thing thier coloring is so neat, and they look like little turkeys because they are sooo large!

They are quite broad, aren't they? My five week old cockerel in the nursery is humongous with legs like little saplings. He's larger than the pure Orpingtons, that's for certain.

I have no idea how they get that large! I don't ever feed them people food. They just get high quality feed and yogurt for digestion, even their scratch is high protein, low carb.

I was thinking about "downsizing". Anyone want a Big Blue Tank of a rooster?​

It's genetic of some sorts. Your injecting the eggs with something before
you ship them. I know your not close to the Savanah River. Where do you
get your plutonium from?

Some people are just destined for certain types of animals. I wanted nice small petite cats, and got two kittens that grew into big hulking Jabba the Huts.

And I wanted bantam chickens, and ended up with buff butterballs.

Sometimes, you're born into bigness and sometimes bigness is just thrust upon you.

It's just crazy because they so round! When you pick them up, they feel like footballs... They dwarf even my much older roos.

I love your kitty buff. I have a thing for grey/blue cats. Really pretty!
