My two roosters just started fighting

My two roosters just started goin at it last night and today. I separated them the more aggressive stayed with the hens. Why have they just now started sparring? I got them at the same time from the same place. Will it blow over or get worse?

Generally there comes time when they try to assert dominance. It's all about making sure that their genes get to carry on. Given enough space to get away from one another, frequently they can develop a sort of truce.

Well it happened at night I have them free range in a 40x40 area the dominant one chases the other around. Do you think they'll get more bloody?
