My valentines Poland chick x

    Just had my first chick of the year hatch on valentines day :) little white crested black polish. I managed to catch it on video so enjoy :)

    He's all fluffed up now. So adorable! The egg behind him in video has hatched so they're bobbling round the incubator together :)

    I was hatching a mixed batch to test my incubator after its downtime. Had 5/6 fertile 1 died in egg and a lovely little RIR that died after hatch, had a few fits and passed away :( but I now have 3 lovely babies and an incubator that's doing its job wonderfully!

    In my brooder I've got the one above (Poland), a gorgeous little Ancona and a leghorn. All very pretty and doing well! X

    He's gorgeous now... Crest is starting to feather lovely and white! Aw I love my polands. I'm about to set chamois and white both carrying frizzle eeek :D
