My very Proud dove- adventures of hidden nest

    My very proud dove and 'her' nine eggs- now relocated to an incubator as the days are 85-97*f and nights are 60-80*f...

    Day one ends 1:00 pm 06/05/12

    I added a few extra to make it a full dozen... gotta figure out who was laying way up there.

    She was moving from egg to egg and trying to keep them all worm, she can't even cover one egg.

    Well the update is I have one clear, one early quitter and all of the others are developing - even two yucky -run laid- eggs that were covered with poop.

    I thought doves/pigeons only lay 2 eggs?

    These are chicken eggs, dove eggs are about marble sized...
