i don't know what breed this is, he was in my "adopted" pack from the hatchery. judging by the color of the comb, it looks like a "maybe" rooster to me. however, i have nothing to compare him to, as the rest of them are different breeds. any guesses on breed/sex? he has a strange comb...pea comb it looks like, especially when u see it straight on. He starts most of the sparing, but i know some hens are just really dominant, too. 20180110_111821.jpg DSC_2042.JPG DSC_2045.JPG DSC_2046.JPG DSC_2059.JPG

I think that is likely a pullet. It looks like a white Chantecler, I think.

White Chantecler should have yellow legs. EE should have slate legs. I'm buffaloed. Looks like a pullet, what ever it is.

I agree with the pullet assessment (for now), but got nothing on the breed!

Maybe, but hatchery stock should not be so mixed up.

wow. interesting mixed opinions, but everybody has such good points; i don't think i can rule anyone's opinion out. i'll keep watching & see what happens as she/he further matures.
