Mystery Egg

    Hey everyone,
    My Buff Orpington and New Hampshire hens just started laying about a week ago, but today I found a tiny egg thats about half the size of the orpington egg... and its white too. I have three silkie hens (but two of them arent old enough to lay yet) and one cochin. Who layed this egg? [​IMG]

    Betcha it's a "fart" egg. No yolk, just the pullet getting her ducks lined up, so to speak, in her egg machine.

    my bantam eggs look like that and dont silkies look like that too? You say you have 3 silkie hens, and only 2 arent old enough so I would say the 3rd hen did it lol
