Mystery Pullets

Here are a couple of pullets I received as day old chicks from an unknown source (long story). I'm not sure what breed they are- thoughts? (disregad the gaggle of Silkies)









Additionally, they each have a sister. The black sister has a feathered outer toe and the other has cheek poofs. I have guesses but I'd love to hear what people with more experience think! Also, what would you call the color of the orange/black/brown bird?

The first is an Easter Egger. The second a Dominique.

Wow, thank you! I figured Easter Egger for the top (her sister has much more Ameraucana influence), but hadn't even heard of Dominiques before! Now comparing pictures and breed descriptions, she definitely has the more upright carriage, gray v. black coloring and curved neck of a dominique. I was thinking Marans because her "sister" has the feathered outer toe- but they may not in fact be from the same clutch. She's a very pretty chicken and is very friendly as well
