Mystic Marans

Hi!!
We just got (supposedly) 2 Mystic Marans from a TSC. Id guess they are about 8-10 days old.
My question is, why can I not find hardly any information on these birds!? I was trying to compare mine to images of others and I can't even find anything past new chick unless they are pictures of adults.
Any help where I can find information on these babies??

They’re really no different than any other hybrid; they are a cross between a Black Copper Marans and a Barred Rock. Sometimes they have feathered feet but usually they do not. What is it specifically that you wanted to know? Oh and they will lay dark chocolate brown eggs.

I was really hoping to find images to see if they are actually Mystic Marans. Being from TSC I can never trust their signs. Lol.
I had my son check if they had feathered feet earlier and it looks like either they may be getting them or they maybe had them when they were born and now losing them. I will include the picture he took, but it isnt the greatest. It was a new breed for our flock so as long as they arent Australorp or Jersey Giant, i dont mind what they are! Lol. I just like to know what is in my flock! But i would love to have the chocolate eggs, so either way!

When fully feathered they should be mostly black with some brown here and there… I think it’s called leakage?

I have 4 mystic marans. Two lay a darker brown egg but not deep chocolate brown. The other two lay eggs the same color as my Rhode Island Red.

Hi I’m not sure if I have a mystic marans or another type of marans hybrid…. I know the waddles are huge for the age (8wks) but am I hoping against hope that this is a pullet? She’s so gorgeous and getting more iridescent feathers each day….also she’s very different in shape, color, body type and demeanor than my other marans hybrid whom I can definitely tell is a cockerel.
