Very interesting! Thank you!Yes, he's a cockerel. Regarding his wattle size, he appears to have a pea comb whereas the other male pictured has a single comb. The pea comb gene not only restricts the size of the comb to the shorter, bumpier version you see on the bird in question, but it restricts the size of the wattles as well, which is why his wattles are smaller than the other male.
Beautiful! That red in the wings is also a good indicator of being a cockerel. I hope you can find them homes!
