Naked Neck Roo x Mille Fleur d'Uccle Hen traits?

I've got 2 eggs from this cross in the bator right now, REALLY hoping they hatch. I'm going to call them the Mille Fleur d'Uglies.

Will they have a beard/cheeks/muff AND a naked neck? Or is one trait dominant over the other? What'll they look like?
