My parents hatched 2 of our Black Naked Neck hen's eggs almost 3 weeks ago. The male parent is believed to be a White Bantam Cochin. The chicks have naked necks, feathered feet, and what appear to be beards. One chick has 5 toes on each foot, the other chick has the normal amount of toes. I'm told that both chicks enjoy jumping and flying.

Will the chicks stay small or grow somewhere in between bantam and NN size?
Do Cochins carry the polydactyl genetics?

And btw, I was looking up wingless chickens and found this 1950's videoclip.
