So this little one was our free rare chick from McMurray:

I have no idea what it is, and was hoping maybe one of you might. The pictures aren't the best: the chick is mostly black, two grey chipmunk stripes down its back, grey spots on face, and a dab of brown on top of its head. Anybody wanna take a guess??? Thanks in advance!

  2. I have one EE that is very dark like that- in poor light, she nearly looks solid black. Mine also have changing feet color..... That would be my guess.

That is most likely an EE.

It looks like a wyandotte. Either gold or silver laced. I can't tell. Nice free chick. [IMG]

I'd say a wydonette, or a java-now that would a REAL rare chick!
