EE can lay many different colors of eggs, they are just a fancy mixed breed, I have had some lay blue, green, brown, and off white. It just depends on the parents.

Yeah no beard she ALMOST reminds me of the welsummer hen I have except this she has a black head and my welsummers isn't black.
