I enjoyed the LP Westward Ho! music and I could not find "Painted Faces" on YouTube. I wished I never got rid of the LP but did! Anyone knows who sang the song? It was a woman. It goes like this, to the best of my knowledge: Painted Faces On the hillside Never seen so many Standing so tall! Wagon wheels a-rolling, ''''''''
Thanks to a BYCer that found this for me on UTube: http://cgi.ebay.com/NATIONAL-GEOGRAPHIC-SOCIETY-westward-ho-LP-mint-/350412594274?pt=Music_on_Vinyl&hash=item519637dc62 I finally caved in and bought a new or Newused LP, now I have to find someone who can CD this LP record. How would I find someone? What kind of questions would I need to ask? It would not be sold, it is for personal use.
I wish I could help... I have no idea. Are you asking how to turn a casette tape to a cd? I had a boom box once, that would do that for me.. haven't seen those in a long time. If you don't get any, more helpful, easier, suggestions... what about.. looking into a local college/university... apart from the music program.. there might me some tech kids that have some kind of equipment laying around. All I can think of.
