Okay guys, so on my calender "Day 1" is February 7th. So, i believe that i put my eggs in the incubator on the evening of february 6th (obviously, when you set them in the evening the next day counts as day one) So, this is what im wondering: Tomorrow is day 18. However, i cannot set my eggs for lockdown in the morning (for several personal reasons) So, should i set them on lockdown tonight, or wait for tomorrow evening?

So if I count correctly, I would do lockdown in the evening before in your situation. I always count first full day as full 24 hours after being in the incubator. Most importantly turn off the egg turner, lay on their sides or in egg cartons if you choose (we don't use those) and up the humidity and wait. Keeping them a little moister for a few hours shouldn't matter too much, but being in the turner or turning them into day 19, 20 and 21 is critical. Hope this helps and have a great hatch!

Don't beat yourself up about the exact time of the start of lock down.
