Need advice on young roosters

If I have three roos and four pullets... how do I decide which two to rehome? (or rename "dinner" like my brother has done) Do I keep the dominant one? When do I have to decide? They are getting along for now... just the usual chest bumps and hackle raising, but no serious battles. Thanks in advance for your words of wisdom.

What are your goals for keeping a male?
You don't really need male unless you are planning on hatching chicks,
then pick the one of the breed you are most interested.
