This is my hybrid pullet, she is about 31 weeks old. She is the only 1 out of 5 that I believe is not laying. The others have been laying for about 5 weeks now. She is the lowest in the pecking order, and at times takes herself to a quiet spot away from the others. Her comb is still very small but her face and wattles are red. She is eating and drinking well and pooping.
They are all fed on layers pellets and get fresh vegetables as treats regularly.
I am not bothered that she isn't laying, just concerend that she might not be well or eggbound/internal layer.
Any advise or guidance would be appreciated.
I have got a video of her but didn't know how to upload it.

Some chickens take a long time to lay, up to eight months or even more in some cases. Is it possible she is laying somewhere else and you don't see it? Do your chickens free range?

They do free range all day but I have had a good look around and there is no nest to be found.
