Need advise???? Is this just brooding and moulting????? Or is she sick???

    That appears to be feather loss due to a broody hen's instinct to pluck her breast.

    Do you have a rooster? If no, her eggs are infertile and will never hatch. Is she sitting on eggs in the nest box? If you could post a photo we could determine what she is up too.

    Welcome to BYC [​IMG] That looks like broody chest plucking. If she's sitting on those eggs in the pic. Perfectly normal, if a bit alarming!
