Need chick hatching help

We are trying for the first time to incubate chick eggs for the first time and only one has hatched. We have for others that haven’t hatched yet and it has been two days since hatch day! We are very concerned... what should we do does anyone has suggestions. Or info about what’s going on. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
