Need diagnosis & tips for sick chicken (rhode island red 2 1/2 yrs)!!! Please help & god bless you!

She has chronic diarrhea
Won't eat the chicken feed (only eating people food, grass, bugs)
She will scratch around but sometimes just stands around looking ruffled & cold

It's been going on 1-2 weeks now
and now when she poops she makes a little crying noise

The poop sometimes has sticky yellow stuff ...it gets stuck to her feathers & so I just gave her a bath

Please what is the deal with her & what should I do? Product recommendations?

Inspect her for lice/mites. Worm her and the others if you havnt already done so.

What wormer do I use? I have never wormed although I have seen tapeworm segments in their poo. But lately I don't see any segments. Kinda weird. :\

I started giving them verm x pellets recently, but the sick one won't eat them. I also put garlic in the water if that counts...

Verm x and garlic are useless for a worm infestation. Here's a link with what to use and dosage, post #3.
