Need help!!!ASAP incubator spiked to 39degrees will my eggs die?

i just found out my incubator spiked and luckily caught it as I shouldn't be overheated for that long I have the janoel 12 incubator and I have cooled the eggs and misted them as they are duck eggs and they r on a constant temp now I candeled to check if they are ok at first they didn't move much but as it became more constant they all appeared fine and have started wriggling again and moving with veins still... since the temp is constant now will they die from the spike of temp earlier as they seem ok right now? Please reply as I'm very concerned for them! Any help appreciated

They'll be fine. 102 is not that extreme, especially for a short spike.
