Need help identifying gender and breed of this chicken

    The red ones in the foreground and background of this picture are both roosters.

    Oh dang! I was hoping for hens. These guys are about 14/15 weeks. When will they be fully mature and start crowing?

    Mixed breed roosters.

    Crowing could start pretty much any day now.

    Also, the chicken in the background doesn't have a wattle. Do all roosters have wattles?

    Nope, they don't all have wattles. If they're bearded oftentimes they won't have large wattles.

    Pea combed birds often have small wattles.
