NEED HELP ON WITH DUCK NEST BOXS FOR 10X pics well help

    i want to get some khaki ducks and i wanted to build some nest boxes for them and i don't how to do it [​IMG]

    Ducks dont usually use nest boxes but will instead find a corner of the shelter and make there own nest. Usually just lay their eggs and then cover them with bedding. If you make nestboxes you will find that they prefer to use them as roosting places as they sleep on slightly elevated ground.

    Actually you don't need "nest boxes" just give them a quiet corner with plenty of bedding they'll do the rest. Amiga has some pics of how she made a corner nest box maybe on her profile page.

    I attached a 2'x2' plywood sheet perpendicular to the side of the night pen, and the ducks have made little nesty spots on each side.
