Need help to save a baby chicken

I recently moved to Puerto Rico where there are chickens everywhere and I woke up this morning and found a baby chicken right outside my front door and its breast is protruding so I want to know if there is anything I can do to help it.

Hi, the chick need to stay warm.. about 95 degrees the first week... sometimes hanging in a scarf around your neck works really well.

Once it gets strong enough to stand it will need some water. If you don't have access to chick feed... I would offer scrambled egg once it starts pecking around. It can survive 3 days after hatch on just the yolk in it's belly.

hah... I just thought it was a full crop... but always learning what things to look for and notice.
