Need help with a baby chick..

We have a chick that seems to have a large bruise on it's head. It's acting lethargic and not eating or drinking very well. What should we do?

Give the chick some warm sugar water with a drop or two of Poultry Nutri-drench.

How old is the chick? Was it hatched this way or just appeared with this? If it's with others it may be picked on or jumped up and hit it's head which is more likely for quail not chickens. Pics?
Sperate the chick give it some sav a chick in the water. Keep it warm and in a quiet place. You could use a medicine dropper to feed it watery mash. Boiled eggs help during times or stress.
