need help with this peafowl

    hello this one was hatched in July 2016, the person I bought it from tries to breed as true as possible, (none of his breeding males have any white flight feathers), im just trying to verify what kind/type and sex it is thank you in advance for any help

    At this age he is blue/green all over his neck ... in front too ! so it a male !

    So if it's a male will the white on the side grow out or will there always be white there?

    Young males will have a white breast. As they age it will turn solid blue. It will be in between one and two years when he will get a solid blue breast.

    If you are good at sexing peafowl can you look at y other thread I'm pretty sure it's cameo just not sure on sex

    I just saw it. I believe it's a Cameo hen. I know it's a hen. KSKingBee will be able to confirm if she's a Cameo or not. I know she's not Indian Blue peahen because she should have green neck feathers by now.
