I just bought 4 chicks that were special ordered and there all doing good but when should i combine these chicks with my older hens the older ones are 22 weeks old and not laying will they be fine when they get all there feathers can i put them in there then or should i wait even longer

what you can do when they are fully feathered out, is partition the run area in half(maybe with chicken wire) . Have the older birds on one side and the young ones on the other. This way they can see each other but, can't do much damage. After a while they will be used to each other and when you finally put them together - hopefully the squabbles will be minor ones.
