Need home for Uzbek Tumbler Pigeon - Portland Or area

We have been taking care of this lost bird for a week. The band on it's leg did not bring up an owner. Which is strange since I thought if you band an animal you would keep your contact info registered. But no luck. She is a pretty sweet girl. We have our 5 chickens and 4 ducks and can't keep her too. Anyone on here have any connections to my neck of the woods or any other advice on rehoming her? I don't like to use craigslist. We don't any money just a home.
