Need Ideas Cheap fun.. Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge

Well my family and I are heading to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge this weekend.. I have a Huge family and there are 15 of us mostly children under 13 yrs old.. want to find free/ cheap things to do .. We only have 3 days down there so wont be doing too terribly much .. But wanted some ideas...

Just went there in July. Great place! Lots and lots to do there and definately need more than one day to do it all but....just about everything there is kinda pricey. It's real touristy. We had a great time but dropped a wad to do it. I know there are places to hike and all but not too many kids under 13 want to do that too much. The aquarium is a really nice one and in my opinion a "must see". Hope you get some more suggestions, it's beautiful there and have a great and safe trip.
