need new coop for growing flock

We are needing to build a new coop... we have too many for what we have now. Have materials bought and ready to go, have a few ideas, but a lazy husband.lol. needing some decent coop designs for 20+ chickens. Want it raised off the ground and easy to clean. A friend of mine has a 6x4 coop that all her 28 hens live in peacefully. Lots of roosting space inside.. I am needing an easy enough plan for myself to follow so I dont have to keep begging the hubby... thinking of using a pallet for the botton base support? Any ideas would help as I have no idea what im getting myself into or how to work some of the powertools im sure ill need to use lol!!
