NEED SOME HELP what do I do when my ducks hatch?

We had a duck hatch a day early today in our incubator...what do we do with it now? Do we seperate him? Do we feed him? do we give him water right away?

Just leave it in there for several hrs. It is still feeding off the yolk. It's going to sleep most of that time
