I'm thinking this is a roo?

    another roo?

my friend insists this is a roo, but it has nothing on it's legs, doesn't crow but otherwise acts like a roo. I think it's a hen, I call it Pat.

    I think these are girls...

does anyone want to tell me their opinions on the sex of my chickens, these are the only ones I'm not 100% sure on.

    Thanks!

They are all hens - either laying already or about to start.

even that one with the redder neck? The first picture? (edited to add) And yes, they are 6 months old on July 5th so they should start laying soon. They've been in flagrante delicto with my red Silkie roo and with a Frizzle roo so should be interesting...

Yep, those are all hens. I'm thinking you might confine them or go on a serious egg hunt, they look like they're laying to me.
