Need some insight on the sex and breeds of these bantams.

I think these are a mixed flock of bantams, but a breed they might be from would be handy. I am terrified that I might have gotten 3 roos, but hoping I am wrong

What I can see, they do look EEish to me too, and mostly Roos from those pictures. How old are they?

not sure on the age, they are fully feathered, but they still peep. We got them free from a lady my husband works with (now I know why...3 roos!)
