Need to figure out Delaware gender

The chicken has a brighter comb than the rest of my chickens, as well as stockier legs with what looks like a spur coming out one leg. I am pretty sure it's a hen, but want to check. The person I purchased the chicken from thought she was in the four to six month range. Also, do Delawares typically have such pronounced tails?

Looks like a pullet. I don't have a delaware, but I do agree, the tail looks "off".

She does have a long straight tail but she is very pretty.
Here is a pic of mine at around the same age (I think)

She has always been one of my favorites, she's very friendly and a good layer of large light brown eggs.

Yes, her tail does have a very odd carriage to it, but she does seem to be a Delaware. Hatchery Dels can be off in many areas, though.
