Unfortunately I have to rehome our 8 2-year old layers because our neighbor’s dogs keep breaking their fence and attacking my girls.

2 black australorpe
5 americuna
1 cute little bantam.

Will come with any food we’ve purchased and remaining other supplies. Including a dog crate or a roll of chicken wire if you want to quarantine them.

They are lovely chickens, love to roam in the yard but twice the neighbors dogs have broken their fence and attacked them.

I would call the police. Where do you live? Like out in the country? You shouldnt have to get rid of your birds because your neighbors are irresponsible.

Sell the flock for $125-150 to make sure they get a good home.They could wind up in the soup pot if you don't. They're going for $20-25 each.

Edit: You could take the money and make a better coop & run later ? Make him pay you for the ones they've killed in small claims court.

That is not what this post is about. While I appreciate the advice, our chosen course of action is to rehome them.
