need winter coop cleaning advice?

how many times do you clean your coop in the winter? is it a deep clean? how do you keep your straw dry? what is the best way to maintain your coop in the winter time so everyone stay healthy and warm?

I clean out all the bedding 2 times a month in the winter. (summer is the same for me)
I have an 8x14 coop and this time I chose not to have a poop board. Not because I do not like them but because in my old coop the silly chickens would stick the eggs under them in the back corner of the coop. It was a pain in the back to get them.
If there is a particularly messy corner or area under the roosts I clean that as needed to keep it from building up.
I use pine shavings by the way.
