One of our neighbors, upon learning that we had kept chickens before, sent us with one of his processed birds. They do it themselves and it was really great. Very nice sized, well plucked/cleaned, and all but ready for baking. I injected it with butter and various spices, baked at 325 degrees for 1.5 hours and oh so yummy. It had been so long since we had a real chicken dinner. (Store birds are soft and bland compared to these.) Thanks Richard!
