7.5 high i can make the hight 12
But not cut the width once inside it will be 15 x10 x15 is this to small

Those measurements are about the same as a milk crate, which is what a lot of people use for nest boxes. I think its fine, as long as a hen can fit comfortably inside. My hens have layed eggs in a 6 inch crawl space.
Depends on your breed of birds. Larger heritage breeds should have about 12" x 12" (which is the size of our milk crates). I made mine a bit larger at 14" x 14", plus a sloped roof on top, angled at least 30 degrees so they cannot perch or roost on top of them.
You might get away with those smaller boxes with bantams and smaller breeds like leghorns.
