I was wondering if any Netflix users have suggestions on the Watch Instantly?
    TV shows?
    Movies?
    Documentaries?

    I have a few:

    Shows-
Dead Like Me Seasons 1 & 2 + the movie (Dont know WHY they ended it!)
Pushing Daisies (Dont know WHY they ended it!)
    King of the Hill

    Docus-
    Yellowstone: Battle for Life

    Movies-
    Whats Eating Gilbert Grape
    Signs
    Wild Hearts Cant Be Broken

Movies I've watched on instant play:

    Angels and Demons
Interview with a Vampire (to counter the sparkly-rainbow-fish-meets-dracula twilight craze)

Any of the above. It's even better if you can get them on a Wii and put it on a 52 inch HDTV. I like that they can be stopped and started as well.

  4. Check out little known ones! Movies I never heard of but watched on a whim are sometimes the best!
I can only think of three to recomend:
    Lo
    Ink
    Neverwhere (mini series)

"My Name is Earl" Silly to a point of genius, laughed out loud many times. We enjoyed true blood, six feet under (DW's fav), and Dexter. Also relived the old Star Trek with Kirk, Spock, and Bones. I remember series better then movies...

    Six Pack

    The Legend of 1900

I skipped the more well known movies.

  8. We watched Food, Inc on Netflix today... definitely worth a look.

Hmmm, come to think of it the new Karate Kid was due out in the local Redbox today, wonder if it's on Netflix too?

I'm glad you folks started this thread. I've been needing to check on what my college kids have been watching.
Looks like they're currently into Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Buffy's spinoff Angel, Dr. Who, and Rugrats [IMG].

I think I've watched more documentaries on Instant Watch than anything else.

King Corn is a good one.
    Penn & Teller's B-S!
    Mythbusters
    Top Gear
    Nova

    Singalongs are fun!
    Rocky Horror Picture Show
    Into the Woods

    Classics
What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?
    Amadeus
    Splendor in the Grass
Cat on a Hot Tin Roof

  10. Angel

*fans self* Hmmm been years since I've seen that show...

    Dr. Who

Is that the time travelling phone booth guy? DH and his bud have watched hours of that one

Also a lot of Mythbusters... which I find fascinating... used to love America's Test Kitchen (PBS) back in the day too... wonder if they've got that?!?!

King Corn I'll have to look into though, haven't seen that one.

Ohhh and RHPS... never have seen that... oh yeah lots to check out! Thanks for the suggestions and to OP for asking!
